- Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing IT projects.
- Ensure that IT projects comply with applicable standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2 years of proven experience as an IT team coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management and team management
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and best practices
- Devops experience is a bonus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
