- Maintaining solid working Connections with Distributors by icing that their requirements are met and resolving complaints on time.

- Motivating Deals Representatives to achieve deals targets and assessing their performance grounded on their capability or incapability to achieve deals proportions.
- Conduct order reserving on weighted and high visibility outlets daily as assigned.
- Cover full retail sector of absent or short SR to insure the service and day target.
- insure Complete Reporting( Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) Visit crucial points and original requests where deals representatives facing difficulties regarding deals.
- Keep in touch with the Line director regarding diurnal achievements of platoon and tone.
- Any other company tasks assigned by the line director.
Requirement:
- Education: Minimum
- Graduation: Experience 3- 5 times in FMCG/ Biscuits, snacks & Confectionery assiduity.
