Optimize SEO Description (Responsibilities):
1. Efficiently input customer and account data by accurately transcribing text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified timeframes.
2. Verify the accuracy of compiled information and prioritize sorting to ensure the preparation of reliable source data for computer entry.
3. Thoroughly review data for deficiencies or errors, making necessary corrections and ensuring output quality.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Demonstrated work experience in data entry as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and data programs.
3. Strong typing speed and exceptional accuracy.
4. Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation rules.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.
6. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
7. Organizational skills with the ability to remain focused on assigned tasks.
8. High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is advantageous.
