We are seeking a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to senior management. As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including scheduling meetings, note-taking, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. Additionally, you may be involved in making travel arrangements and assisting with various other duties as needed.
To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional organizational skills and have proven experience in a secretarial position. Accomplished personal assistants have a keen understanding of managers' needs and can work independently to deliver tailored administrative support.
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
- Reporting directly to senior management and fulfilling secretarial and administrative responsibilities.
- Creating, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and managing records.
- Coordinating with internal departments, answering phone calls, and arranging travel accommodations.
- Handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, managing an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Performing tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing documents, and taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and organizing refreshments if necessary.
- Ordering office supplies and managing mail and courier services.
- Adhering to best practices and displaying professional etiquette.
