Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, and identifying trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns. You will also track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives, manage campaign expenses, and optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.

- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

- Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

- Develop and implement a link building strategy.

- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming.

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in SEO and SEM.

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).

- Located anywhere in Pakistan.

- Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection required.

- WhatsApp number required.

- Must have your own laptop/desktop and a suitable working place without any disturbances such as power cuts or internet outages.

- This is an American US-based company, and the working hours are 9 hours per day according to Chicago Central Standard Time (8am to 4pm).

- Good command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.

- Must have AnyDesk and remote software like TeamViewer, as well as a webcam for live monitoring of your day-to-day work.
