We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Consultant to join our IT Training Institute. As an Academic Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting students with admission-related queries, while adhering to best practices for the admissions procedure. Your role will involve collecting data and information pertaining to admissions, ensuring a smooth process for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consulting and guidance to students on admission-related queries.

- Follow best practices for the admissions procedure, collecting necessary data and information.

- Assess student interest, aptitudes, and abilities to aid in academic and career planning.

- Manage all workshops, ensuring smooth daily operations and branch maintenance.

- Take responsibility for student recoveries and handle cases with extreme care.

- Maintain accurate documentation related to course content, class schedules, faculty attendance, and student affairs records.

- Facilitate and resolve issues raised by students and faculty members, effectively leading and managing the team.

- Maintain a high standard of customer care and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrate dedication to assigned tasks by management and prepare monthly reports for review by the CEO.

- Measure results against established standards and make necessary adjustments along the way.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in academics within an IT training institute is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

- Leadership skills to effectively manage and lead a team.

- Problem-solving skills to facilitate and resolve student and faculty issues.
